How To Overcome Shyness And Feel Among In Social Setup

Being anxious in public places is as a result of the way we have conditioned ourselves.
We don't realize this and that's why we arent able to get ourselves out of the uncomfortable situation.
Shy people face this kind of situation mostly. They don't feel like they are really fit for the environment whenever they are in the general public.

Why do we Feel Anxious in public gatherings?

It's because of the way we see the situation.
While others are relaxed, and enjoying themselves, we are thinking about things that aren't real.

- They are afraid something might go wrong.
- Afraid if cosmetic
- They are afraid they might get rejected

Hence, any attempt targeted towards getting you up and to start becoming something else entirely won't work!?
